A pioneering new drama from the Director of House of Sand and Fog, averaging a 20.6% share (18-30 demo), which critics called an “HBO-level product.”
Asya, the main character of the series, is an interior designer in her early thirties. She has a husband, Kirill, who seems to love her very much. She also has three lovers – her business partner, a traffic police officer who once confiscated her driving license, and a student who is an oligarch’s son. One day she runs into her childhood friend, Dasha, who is living a leisurely life of a rich man’s wife. However, Dasha feels bored, so she asks Asya to teach her to live life to the fullest. Asya agrees to help her and teach Dasha the ropes of infidelity, which only aggravates her own situation. All of her three lovers now want Asya to themselves and are willing to do anything to make her stay. In the ensuing mixture of drama, comedy and detective story, the characters get entangled in a series of relationships where someone is doomed to get caught, true feelings are about to get exposed and a dramatic plot twist at the end is going to set things straight for all of them.
